FitCore-55 For Kids Ages 12 & Up


Kids and Young Adults are changing with every breath, growing and maturing with each passing day. Their bodies and their minds are primed for shaping and molding when it comes to health and fitness. We understand this and have designed our programs to specifically address their ever changing needs.

In fact, because kids’ needs are so specific, we make sure that their program is designed to align with their objectives. This further ensures that they learn the skills necessary before progressing and are much less likely to suffer injuries. With a focus on developing a strong foundation, we emphasize balance, coordination, and kinesthetic awareness (a.k.a Proprioception) or simply put understanding how your body moves.

Kids in FitCore-55 are progressed through core strength and injury prevention techniques and eventually gain access to a world of muscular strength and endurance workouts that will stay with them for a lifetime. Each of our programs address nutritional principles for health as well as performance and students grow to understand that a strong body is supported by a strong nutritional philosophy.
